About Raccoon

Raccoons are not only very skilled climbers but they are also very intelligent animals. Raccoons have adapted very well to city living, in fact studies have shown that raccoon’s in the city will have a greater population density than raccoons in a more natural area.

Raccoons have a wide range of vocalizations including trills and screams, which they use to settle disputes rather than physical aggression. Raccoons’ intelligence prompts them to avoid confrontations with pets or other animals so they don’t risk injury.
